Öğretmen Eğitiminde Sürdürülebilirlik Yaklaşımlarında Pedagojik Eğilimler: Sistematik Bir İnceleme

Öz

Bu çalışmanın amacı, öğretmen eğitiminde sürdürülebilirlik yaklaşımlarına ilişkin güncel literatürü sistematik olarak inceleyerek alanda öne çıkan pedagojik eğilimleri, bu eğilimlerin kavramsal özelliklerini ve öğretmen eğitimi süreçlerine yansımalarını ortaya koymaktır. Araştırma, PRISMA 2020 rehberi doğrultusunda sistematik literatür taraması yöntemiyle yürütülmüştür. Veriler, Web of Science Core Collection veri tabanında 2020–2026 yılları arasında yayımlanan açık erişimli İngilizce makaleler arasından belirlenen ölçütlere göre seçilen 26 ampirik çalışmadan elde edilmiştir. Analiz sürecinde bibliyometrik analiz, betimsel analiz ve tematik sentez yaklaşımları birlikte kullanılmıştır. Bulgular, öğretmen eğitiminde sürdürülebilirlik pedagojilerine yönelik araştırmaların incelenen WoS veri setinde son yıllara doğru bir artış eğilimi ile alanın bilgi aktarımına dayalı yaklaşımlardan dönüşümsel ve eylem odaklı öğrenme anlayışına yöneldiğini göstermektedir. Tematik sentez sonucunda pedagojik eğilimlerin dönüştürücü ve eleştirel pedagojiler, disiplinlerarası ve bütüncül sürdürülebilirlik yaklaşımı, deneyimsel, yer temelli ve bağlamsal öğrenme, işbirlikli ve katılımcı öğrenme süreçleri, proje, problem ve tasarım temelli öğrenme ile dijital ve yapay zekâ destekli pedagojiler olmak üzere altı temel tema altında toplandığı belirlenmiştir. Bibliyometrik bulgular incelenen veri setinde öğrenci odaklı kavramlardan öğretmen eğitimi ve daha bütüncül eğitim kavramlarına doğru bir yönelim bulunduğuna işaret etmektedir. Sonuç olarak çalışma, sürdürülebilirlik pedagojilerinin öğretmen eğitiminde tamamlayıcı bir içerik alanı olmaktan çıkarak öğretmen yeterliklerinin geliştirilmesini yönlendiren temel bir pedagojik çerçeveye dönüştüğünü göstermektedir. Ayrıca araştırma, farklı pedagojik yaklaşımları tek bir analitik çerçevede sentezleyerek alandaki güncel eğilimleri bütüncül biçimde ortaya koyması bakımından literatüre katkı sunmaktadır.
